Lab work

The UC Davis Fuel Cell, Hydrogen, and Hybrid Vehicle GATE Center of Excellence (FCH2V Center) is administered by the Institute of Transportation Studies (ITS-Davis). The center has two focus areas with well-defined objectives and research programs. The Fuel Cell Center focuses on fuel cell technology and hydrogen infrastructure. The Hybrid-Electric Vehicle Design Center (HEV Center) focuses on development of plug-in hybrid technology using internal combustion engines. The close interaction between the two centers are fostering cross cutting work where the research fellows can be exposed to a broad range of research activity.
